Vaporizer Service Policy and Guarantee

• Visual inspection of vaporizer upon receipt

• Any physical damage assessed and noted.

• Disassembly of vaporizer.

• Integral parts thoroughly cleaned.

• “O” rings, gaskets, seals and consumable parts replaced.

• The vaporizer is reassembled.

• The vaporizer is lubricated; leak and ergonomic tests performed.

• All components used meet or exceed OEM specifications.

• State-of-the-Art Laser Refractometer used in calibration.

• The vaporizer will be calibrated as specified in B54272, Part 3 1989 plus ISO 9002 standard.

• Vaporizers are calibrated in SPECIFIC AGENT.

• Each vaporizer will be supplied with a calibration test certificate.

• All serviced vaporizers carry an unconditional one-year parts and labor guarantee.
