The stone filter located under the tray at the rear of your sterilizer is clogged. Remove the filter tube, unscrew filter and replace. Filters should be changed every four to six months. We can supply you with filters, cleaning solution and any other part for your sterilizer. |
| I experience quite a lot of 60 cycle interference when using my EKG machine or my ECG monitor? | |

Either you have a defective patient cable or your EKG or ECG monitor need to be grounded. You can order a new patient cable or grounding wire from us. |
| I'm having problems completely shutting off the oxygen flowmeter on my anesthesia machine? | |

The 02 Needle Valve seems to be partially stripped on the flowmeter control knob. It can easily be removed with a 9/16 open end wrench and replaced. The 02 needle valve can be supplied by us. |
